Our meeting this month will be a “taster”: Mushroom Preservation!
Matt is a local chef who owns and operates Foraged and Farmed catering which is a farm to table catering entity based out of Carbondale focused on a modernist healthy cuisine made from locally grown and foraged plants, mushrooms, meats and other produce from the roaring fork valley and Colorado. He enjoys helping with anything from elegant fine dining in private atmospheres to onsite farm dinners and events.
